Ingredients
Extra Anejo Tequila, Ango, Maple, Black Walnut, Orange, Thyme
In a mixing glass add:
2 oz. T.C. Craft Extra Anejo Tequila
1 teaspoon Grade B Maple Syrup (any good, natural maple syrup will do here, no mrs. buttersworth!)
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash Fee Bros. Black Walnut Bitters
Tiny pinch of salt
Instructions
Fill the glass 3/4 full with ice and stir until very cold. Taste a little bit and make sure the sweetness level works for you. Add a little more maple syrup to taste if need be. Strain into an old fashioned glass with one or two large ice cubes. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and an orange peel. Warming ensues!
